Suddenly an idea came to my mind! Why not do something creative and give me a new look?!
So decided to go coloring.
Yes, you guessed it right….. I have decided to color my hair but not with Regular Hair Color.
The decision was a bit difficult. Color with what? … Straight went to wrapping area and grabbed some colorful crepe paper. Yes, I am going to use this crepe paper for coloring my hair today. I am super super excited to do that.
Let’s begin in simple small steps.
Step 1.
Collect all the items which I am going to use today. We need…
Crepe paper, Scissors, small glass bowl, hot water, salt, comb, aluminum foil, and some clips to pin hair. A pair of gloves, hair coloring brush, good shampoo, and conditioner.
Step 2.
Take any colored crepe paper of your choice. I have decided to go green today.
Cut them into small pieces.
Soak them in hot water, with a little salt. You will notice the color of the paper is dissolving in water. Leave it for some time.
Step 3.
Cut aluminum foil in 6/12 inches size, 12 pieces will be good enough, keep them ready.
Step 4.
Hair should be completely dry and combed.
Brush your hair and arrange them in small sections.
Step 5.
Ready for stunt … apply prepared colored water on the small section of your hair. Wrap this colored part in aluminum foil. Finish all the hair with the same procedure. Wait for 30 to 40 minutes.
.
Now we are ready to wash. Shampoo your hair and apply a good conditioner. My favorite shampoo is Kerastase Resistance Bain De Force Fortifying Shampoo and follows it with my Kerastase Lait Cristalliste conditioner,
Apply good hair serum; I have used Kerastase Nutritive Oleo-Relax Serum which is very good for hair. It is easily available on Amazon and it will keep your hair protected and nourished. Also, it will give a healthy glow.
Time to dry your hair and excited to see the effect.
I had some highlights before so effect is pretty good for temporary color. Anyways it will go away in few washes.
Try it on and let me know your views how you feel about this fun coloring.
Share your ideas with me about coloring, what product do you like & what is your favorite? I would love to hear from you.
